Eric Ekue brings more than 30 years experience with BCEAO as regulator and as supervisor in Chief of microfinance institutions, banks, and DFS providers in West and Central Africa.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, Ferdinand Sodokin has worked as a consultant in digital finance and financial inclusion for organizations such as UNCDF, USAID and the World Bank in West and Central Africa. Ferdinand leads the Financial Inclusion Program at IIDIA.

Gontrand Nounagnon is an international development expert with 20 years of experience with several international financial organizations, and holds a master’s in development project management. He is a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner and leads the Digital Transformation Program program at IIDIA.

Majeed Ayinde is IIDIA’s payment systems specialist and brings over seven years of experience driving digital payments and financial technology innovation across West Africa. He has successfully collaborated with banks, payment aggregators, and fintechs to deploy and integrate interoperable payment systems, playing a pivotal role in advancing financial inclusion and seamless cross-border transactions in the region.

Ebenezer Obeng Akrofi is a professional with nearly a decade of experience in project management, research, advocacy, and communications within the non-profit sector. He holds the role of Knowledge Management, Monitoring & Learning Expert at IIDIA.

Dr. Laleye is an economist with twenty years of experience in banking, economic integration, investments and youth leadership training. He is in charge of the financial education program at IIDIA.
